TTC 2012 Itinerary

Saturday 3rd March

Airport transfer from airport

For those flying in on an Easyjet flight from Stanstead we will pick you up from the airport in the afternoon and transfer you to Playitas Resort. After checking into your rooms and unpacking bikes etc we will go out for a very short run followed by a light stretching session to loosen off the legs after your flight. We will then explain what the week will involve. We will split into 3 groups for training based on ability, so you get the most out the week, but all other activities will be all together so a chance to meet some new people and make new friends. It is then dinner time and a good night’s sleep.

The general theme for each of the 6 days will start with a training session followed by a breakfast buffet apart from Tuesday were it is an afternoon swim. A bike session followed by lunch which is not included in the package but can be bought from the poolside bar or the local supermarket. An afternoon of relaxing by the pool or in your room. On some days we will have a talk about various topics. It is then an evening run. The day is ended off with sundowners by the poolside bar and a dinner buffet.
